This stamp is by Whipper Snapper.
When our scrapbook and Rubber Stamping show comes around Whipper Snapper (being local) has bins and bins of unmounted rubber stamps really cheap - I think I paid $1 for it!
Such a cute card...I recently saw another funny birthday card with chickens on it that said "happy cluckin' birthday" cracked me up.
