Mistletoe Card

Here is the first of three cute cards that I made just after Christmas when I finally had time to get into my craft room!! I started by trying to do the 12 cards of Christmas challenge by The Greeting Farm, but all too soon, I got too busy and didn't get all of the challenge cards done :(

They are all decked out in their holiday best and probably at the party of the season!

The main images for this one is from the "Cake Topper"set by The Greeting Farm. The mistletoe is from Hero Arts and the Merry Christmas is from Stampendous.

I colored these in with my prismacolor pencils and odorless mineral spirits (Which really are NOT odorless!!)

There is glitter on his hat (which comes from the Xmas Sweeties set by TGF).

The paper is from my good friend Karyn - She sent me a Basic Grey pack called Wassail - it is sooo fantastic!!

The silver ribbon is from Offray.

More Christmas Gifts

I had a really busy week ... but I am Finally getting to posting my other really awesome Christmas gift ...

My mom-in-law is living in Australia and she had these sent to me from Europe! Isn't the internet Awesome?

So ... without further delay... I got these stamps from the Whiff of Joy Medieval Collection!

These are fantastic ... and I am going up to my craft room now to play with them!! WOO HOO!!

Christmas wrap up...

Sorry I took a little break with a New Year party and well - my general laziness ... but I wanted to share the last three cards I made for Christmas and the gifts I got which I am TOTALLY Excited about!!

I will do a few posts to keep you coming back, but this is the first of the gifts:

I got the Manga Wallet of Copics - it has all the bright colors I love and I figured it would be a great beginning set :) This is what it looks like open and then closed - it stores so nice!

Embossed Tree

This was a really simple card to do - cut the paper, add a ribbon, stamp with embossing ink and emboss!! Can't be easier and such pretty results!!!!

It's My Birthday!!

Today is my birthday!! At 12:51 am, 1971 I came into this world :)

Church Scene Card

The beauty of this card does not come through in this picture. Each of the embossed snowflakes is covered in stickles giving sparkles with every movement of the card.

the snow covered peaks of the church and houses are also covered in stickles.

It's really pretty :)

Candy Ornament Card

This card was made with a special "craft cup" of some sort with a line of glue around the edge. The opening was punched with circle punch to fit the base of the cup, but I am 100% sure you could recycle those cups that hold the powdered drink mixes to do the same job!! I think a line of redline tape would be good to secure the cup to the card.

The little ornament hanger was a stamp - not sure where it came from... if you really need to know, drop me a line and I will see if I can find out for you!
